The esp plugin will be titled SC - Expanded scrap list. Neither case gives any ingredients since you don't scrap anything. Like the Scrap Everything esp disable it before doing a scrapall. The difference between the two is that the former disappears after having hit enter and the latter needs a reload of the game to make items disappear. Open the console, click on the object that you want to get rid of so that its reference I.D show and type disable or markfordelete and hit enter. So, if there is a good alternative to Scrap Everything that you know about, I would very much like to know. There are objects in the game world that are combined objects. Just remember that regardless of the mod you settle on, you should SAVE before running on a big scrapping bender in a settlement area. I like being able to manually remove/delete things as I come across them in a Settlement, rather than downloading a Mod that makes the entire Settlement clean automatically, and I only recall hearing about Mods that do this as opposed to the functionality of Scrap Everything. Hope that helps.I've seen, here and there, mention of Scrap Everything being either outdated or unsuitable as a Mod for removing unwanted clutter, etc. 1) Install with NMM or place SpringCleaningCompatibilityPatch.esp in your Data folder 2) Load this after any mod that touches a vanilla settlement I recommend you install the ini version (which uses a esp version of Spring Cleaning, and doesn't reference any cells), then delete SpringCleaning.ini from your data folder. Dev said he was running clean-up mods and doesn't have an issue, so perhaps an ENB setting tweak could be in order. I'm not sure if this helps narrow down the issue. Again, if you're running settlement clean-up mods, you only seem to run into this "glitch" while you're inside those settlements. I'm not entirely sure how others got these mods to play nice with ENB by simply uninstalling, clean saving, and installing a different mod, but I suppose that could be worth a shot to see if it fixes the issue. I'm personally using Scrap Everything, and turning it off fixes the "flickering" of Cloud shadows from ENB.
